August Means Back to School and Fall Sports Seasons for Young Athletes

Summer is winding down and for many of the North State’s young people that means a return to school and participation in fall sports such as football, volleyball, cross country, swimming, soccer and more.

Proper conditioning is a key factor in preventing injuries before they occur. The certified athletic trainers and personal trainers at Liberty Physical Therapy offer athletes sport-specific workouts that consist of speed, agility, and strength training. Trainers educate athletes on techniques that prevent injuries and improve performance. This offers athletes a deeper understanding of how their body functions, and what’s needed to keep it healthy. Sports Performance for Individuals and Teams
