Sports Camp Testimonials

"This is a great full body workout that lays the foundation athletes need before the season, providing great preventative preparation. We have seen less injuries and faster recovery times since we started the program. I even work elements of the program into my own training regimen."

Blake Cull
Pitching Coach, Simpson University

"We've been participating in this program since Spring 2009. Our athletes are using muscles they didn't know they had. We've been virtually injury-free for the first time in a long time and I attribute that to the program. The athletes were skeptical at first, but now they're feeling the benefits and they don't want to miss it."

Brad Rupert
Head Baseball Coach, Shasta College

Results from the July/August 2009 Sports Camp

Providing measured improvement is an essential component of the ShastaOrtho Sports Camps. Each athlete’s performance is measured at the beginning, middle and end of the camps so they can see their own individual improvements. Results from our Summer 2009 camps showed improvements in all 5 areas tested. View the powerpoint or individual slides below to see the improvements.
