Bradley Jones, MD
Dr. Brad Jones graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1997 and completed an internship and general Orthopaedics Residency program at the Atlanta Medical Center/Georgia Baptist System. In 2003 Dr. Jones completed his Spine Surgery fellowship at the Los Angeles Spine Surgery Institute.
While in fellowship, Dr. Jones had the privilege to train under the direction of Robert Watson, MD who was the Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon for the USC football team, the LA Dodgers, and LA Lakers. In addition to working with these high profile teams, he had the opportunity to learn the particulars of spinal care and clearance in adolescent and collegiate athletes from all over the country.
He joined Shasta Orthopaedics in September of 2004 with the mutual goal of developing a comprehensive spine care program for the North State. Dr. Jones formerly served as the Director of Spine Surgery at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Jones currently enjoys a busy practice taking care of the full range of spinal disorders from the cervical spine to the sacrum. He does a significant amount of revision spine surgery in addition to conservative management.
Dr. Jones is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a member of the Atlanta Orthopedic Society, American Medical Association, California Medical Association and the North Valley Medical Association.
Dr. Jones enjoys running, weight training, cycling, off-road motor sports and many other outdoor activities. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and their two daughters.
