“Lance’s injury was diagnosed as a fracture of the C-3 vertebra, more commonly called ‘breaking your neck’…But the 5’8” 142-pound Lollar, though not a giant in stature, has giant “heart” and courage; he’s not the type to concede defeat. Lance knew his injury needed chiropractic care.”

Dr. Lollar is passionate about helping patients recover from various musculoskeletal injuries as fast and as completely as possible. He takes a sports medicine type of approach to all patients and not just athletes. In a sports medicine model of treatment time is typically of the essence and getting an athlete back into his or her sport as quickly and safely as possible is paramount. He uses this same philosophy with all patients in order to get them back to their usual lifestyle as soon as possible. This includes incorporating chiropractic treatment, specific exercise rehabilitation, lifestyle management strategies as well as the services of other health-care providers to help optimize a patient’s recovery.

Dr. Lollar continually seeks ways to improve the health of his patients. This means sometimes using himself as a “guinea pig” regarding some of the recommended health promotion strategies that he investigates. He believes it is important to live a congruent lifestyle in that what he recommends to his patients he also does himself (most of the time). This includes getting regular and varied exercise, eating a healthy diet and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards life.

Dr. Lollar continues to enjoy mountain biking, working out at CrossFit, snowboarding and training/consulting athletes in his free time. He and his wife have two wonderful daughters.
