For the convenience of our patients, Shasta Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine can provide some DME items. We want to, and it is necessary that we disclose that doctors at Shasta Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine have a financial interest in the DME that we provide.

- For DME NOT provided by Shasta Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Contact your supplier.
- Call us at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.
- If you got a competitively bid item in a competitive bidding area, call 1-800-MEDICARE and ask the 1-800-MEDICARE representative to send your complaint to the Competitive Acquisition Ombudsman. This Ombudsman responds to individual and supplier questions, issues, and complaints, and helps make sure your complaint is resolved.
