POSITION:
Northern California Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Fellowship
POSITION SUMMARY:
At Northern California Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Fellowship, the fellow will be exposed to a high-volume reconstructive foot and ankle practice, with a strong emphasis on total ankle arthroplasty and rear foot/ankle reconstruction. There is significant exposure to foot and ankle trauma and sports medicine, as well.
The fellow will also learn how to integrate into a large, busy orthopaedic practice. The fellow will be expected to become proficient in all facets of foot and ankle surgery, as well as being able to manage a busy foot and ankle clinic. There will be ample exposure to surgical and office billing, allowing for a complete, well-rounded fellowship experience.
DURATION:
12 months (August 1-July 31)
PROGRAM DIRECTOR:
Garret Strand, DPM has been granted Directorship status by the ACFAS of the Northern California Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship. The website needs to be scrubbed for references of Dr. Nowak as the Fellowship Director and replaced with Dr. Strand. The following is one place needed for this replacement.
