Larry Smith, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant working with Dr. Forrest Monroe as part of the Shasta Ortho’s complete spine center dedicated to helping people with back and neck problems.
Larry Smith is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He graduated from the Physician Assistant program with a Bachelor of Science at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 1994.
Larry has a broad diversity of healthcare experience with 25 years of working in Primary Care, Internal Medicine and Dermatology. Larry has always had a passion for orthopaedics and treating musculoskeletal conditions. Larry believes in an integrative team approach to healthcare by getting patients access to the best treatments available.
Larry is familiar with the Redding area and recently lived in Cottonwood. He is happily married and has 2 children in college. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, cooking and fishing.
