The following NSO Providers will be leaving Shasta Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine at the end of November 30, 2021: Matthew K. Paul, MD, Aaron Osborne, DO, Matthew J. Herring, MD, and Gary Hartland, PA-C.

This should not affect the continuity or quality of your care as the providers will be staying in the community and joining the group of providers at Epic Orthopaedics.

The departure of these providers in no way affects your relationship or treatment with any of the other providers at Shasta Orthopaedics.
